Upon entering, kindly remove your shoes and have a seat in the waiting room.
If you have a virtual session, your secure link to connect with your therapist will arrive one hour before your appointment.

Free 15-Minute Consultation
A brief introductory consultation to discuss your concerns, ask questions, and explore whether therapy at Insightful Journey may be a good fit for your needs. This conversation provides an opportunity to share what you are hoping to work on and learn more about the therapy process before scheduling a full session.
Child Therapy
A supportive therapy session designed to help children express emotions, develop coping skills, and navigate challenges in a safe and engaging environment. Sessions may incorporate creative approaches such as play, art, and age-appropriate conversation to support emotional regulation, confidence, and healthy development.
Teen Therapy
A psychotherapy session tailored to adolescents navigating emotional, social, and developmental challenges. Teen therapy provides a supportive space to explore concerns such as anxiety, school stress, identity, friendships, family relationships, and emotional regulation while building resilience and healthy coping strategies.
Individual Therapy Session
A one-on-one psychotherapy session focused on supporting emotional well-being, self-understanding, and personal growth. Individual therapy provides a confidential space to explore life challenges such as stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, trauma, and emotional concerns while developing practical coping strategies and meaningful insight.
Couples Therapy Session
A therapy session designed to support partners in strengthening communication, improving understanding, and addressing relationship challenges. Couples therapy provides a structured environment where both partners can express their perspectives, work through conflict, and develop healthier patterns of interaction.
Family Therapy Session
A collaborative therapy session that supports families in improving communication, understanding relational dynamics, and navigating shared challenges. Family therapy focuses on strengthening relationships, resolving conflicts, and creating a more supportive and balanced family environment.
Psychoeducational Therapy Session
Structured sessions focused on learning practical knowledge and skills related to mental health, emotional regulation, and personal development. These sessions provide clear information about psychological patterns, coping strategies, and evidence-informed tools that can help individuals better understand their experiences and develop healthier ways of responding to challenges.
Care Coordination & Documentation
Care coordination and documentation services that support communication with healthcare providers, completion of clinical reports or letters, and documentation required for care planning, insurance, legal, or professional collaboration purposes.
